Shiksha Kunji , an initiative by Social Responsibility Cell of XIMB, is a platform for providing support towards imparting education to the less fortunate members of our society at the grass root level and preparing them for life. It is a platform whereby the XIMB Family (Students, Alumni and Faculty) can channelize their support to the people in need

OBJECTIVES

To educate at least 80 children for the academic year 2017-18

The testament to our effort and support of our donors are the milestones we achieved till now:

1. Created Affiliations with two schools ASHTAR and Loyola Odiya School

2. Officially launched on November 14th, 2012

3. Educated 13 students for the Academic Year 2012-13

a. 8 students from ASHTAR

b. 5 students from Loyola Odiya School

4. Educating 32 students for the Academic Year 2013-14

a. 24 students from ASHTAR

b. 8 students from Loyola Odiya School

Our Targets for Academic Year 2014-15:

1. Ensure the education of at least 45 students for the academic year 2014-15

2. An addition of affiliated School by the academic year 2014-15

3. In addition to new donors, retain at least 75% of the existing sponsors

4. Addition of a minimum of 16 new sponsors

5. Implement and follow policies to ensure complete transparency and honesty in all transactions

6. Generate sufficient surplus to sustain education of at least 20 students each year till 2017-18
